EQ wont run on my new computer (HALP)

Just got a new MSI laptop that is running on windows 8.1. I downloaded casey's titanium torrent but when i try to run EQ it says that "this app can not run on your PC"

I have tried running it in compatibility mode (windows 7 - XP) and it still won't work. Any ideas? Thanks pals.

why did you install eq to your downloads directory? cant say for sure if thats your issue but id start by installing it to the default location, or at least not in your user directory....

edit: cant tell if you actually installed it to downloads but i would suggest installing eq to the default location and then RTFD.
