Tribunal Symbol Quest Broken
 

Hey there.

The Newbie Barbarian "Tribunal Symbol Quest" is not working. Jinkus Fillegan does not respond when you give him the prompted response to begin the quest, and one of the people you need to get items from, Cindl, doesn't either.

It's a nice little item for a lowbie, so I'd appreciate it a lot if someone could look into it.
