You have to choose 11 players (you're he 12th) These two groups of players are based on the following.

1) Pure Skill (Situation Awareness, Jousting, Healing, Kiting Players)

2) Preparation (Proper Resist Gear/Clickies/Buff Order/Potions/Peridots, Proper UI Setup, Proper Assist Macros/Target Macros etc etc)

3) Teamwork (Proper Pell timing, Proper Assisting)

Exploiters (Screen Draggers, anyone using exploits as an edge in PvP)
