Small Boats Flipping Up
 

I'm currently camping The Great Oowamp, and I can see the small boats at the dock to Overthere are flipping vertical and back down again. All of them are doing it, and randomly. At first I thought it was a giant shark or something. It's the same motion as if a door were being opened. It doesn't happen when I move closer, only at a distance.

Not a huge bug but super weird.
