Runspeed bug
 

Sometimes my runspeed is REAL gimp.

Had foot races with people in sneak and normal mode and they're litreally moving twice as fast as me.

- No im not encumbered.
- No walk is not turned on.

Literally comes randomly and then fixes itself like a day or two later.

What the fudge?

Turn your Framerate down in settings.
