The recipe for the high elven cultural smithing, for elven chain bracelet, is incorrect.
The recipe giver states that it requires 1 mithril rings to make a bracelet, but the koada dal forge recipe actually requires 2 mithril rings for a bracelet. Should change forge recipe to require only 1 mithril rings.

Which NPC is this?

Modern recipe takes 2 rings.
