Cannot port to DL
 

I am a level 3 Iksar Necro.

When I try and get a port to DL it says something along the lines of: You lack experience to travel across inter-planar portals.

I have been to Dreadlands several times before it is just now not working.

Does anyone have any ideas on what is going on?

Hmm, Interesting. I have evaced a lot of people to FoB that were low, don't remember if they were level 3ish, but no problem. But that was like 2 months ago easy the last time I did it, maybe longer with my Druid. :confused:

Is it something I should petition? No one seems to have any answer in or out of the game.

I have the game files. Maybe the sub level 5 thing is the issue.

Oh shit, I tried to take a boat to Overthere but that bugged out as well. I am now stuck on an island with a boat that only goes to Overthere... I am pretty screwed.

The staff put a block on certain zones to stop a MQ using hacker named Abacab from training people.

Once he gets banned he can just make a new level one and continue so they put a lvl 5 block on certain train friendly zones.

They know that banning a lvl 5 takes more effort on his part to relevel back to five.
