[Red Server] OOC not working in Befallen

This past Monday and last week thursday, my static group has been xping in befallen on the PVP server. While inside Befallen we are unable to see /OOC chat. It seems that it happens to anyone inside the zone. We have asked other randoms we have seen in the zone and they have confirmed that they don't see it either. We were mainly grouping on the 3rd level but seems the entire zone is unable to see /OOC chat.

I don't completely disagree but would still be nice to see it IMO. Although I keep OOC in my combat log since most of the time there is just crap in it but would rather have the option to turn it on or off than just not be able to see it entirely.
