Hotkeys - Can't make them?
 

So I've been trying to make hotkeys (aka /assist <name>) or (Attack %T!) type things. you know, the usual.

The problem is that when I right click on an empty hotkey button, nothing happens. I can't open them to make one. Am I forgetting how to do this, or is something maybe broken?

Any help would be appreciated.

apparently a window was either added, or I forgot about it, but it was hidden... actions window found with that "EQ" menu button. Anyway problem solved.
