Freezing issue in EC with only 1 character

Yesterday i was in Seb and my game froze twice on me in about a 5 minute period. I died during the second freeze and spawned back in EC . Now when i log on with that character it freezes instantly. I have logged on different characters and they seem to work fine.Anybody else having this problem or know how to fix it. I have already tried a reinstall.

the ini files i suggest removing can be found by going into your EQ folder, and typing your characters name into the search field (ctrl+f)

it should show a list of ini and other files with your characters name as part of the filename. cut and paste all of those files you find to a different location - like in a temp folder on your desktop.. Then try loading up that character again.
