Time to remove spell partials
With velious on the horizon, as a wizard ive not enjoyed spell partials.
You should NOT resist a draught with 84 cold resist either, it should require 150 to a resist to partial 200 for a chance at outright resist. Partial damage on all spells is NOT CLASSIC velious melee classes will be very powerful and we need to have a reason to play wizards OTHER Then giant / dragon bane nukes : ) thx ps happy birthday pumped. |

Now you gun get rekt; implementing all-or-nothing resists won't matter when people have full NTOV/Skyshrine gear and have 150+ to all resists anyways, bro. |
Played a warrior on live, and high end Velious gear was the beginning of the end of PVP in EverQuest.
As a warrior once you had full NTOV gear you could literally steamroll full groups of kunark-geared level 60s solo and barely take any visible damage. The same cannot be said for a warrior in even BIS kunark gear |
Can't stand people that whine about classic mechanics just because they don't benefit them, lures don't partial draught isn't a lure and therefore of course it probably should.
