Whats going on here?
 

so I was scrapping in DL with trident , I lured him and he zoned at 19%

5 mins later apparently he killed me, was this a de sync?

He was not in zone on my /who and visually did not see him, nor did I see dmg on my screen, my char was sitting the whole time and did not get up.
