I feel like I am pretty good at honoring the list.

When someone who is on the list logs off.. I don't consider them off the list until I get my spawn and it would have been their turn. Then if they are not online I pass it to whoever was behind him. I am constantly announcing the list in /say and tells just to remind myself of the list lol

I think most people do the same.. I think anyone who walks away from a camp after being put on a 'list' is generally pleasantly and totally surprised, halfway across norrath chasing butterflies when someone sends them a tell to say that they are done at a camp...
