Lure of Frost hitting a blue con wizard with < 200 cold resist for 34?
 

Was pvping another wizard named Isawa, blue to me at 55. Doesnt have more than 200 cold resist and my lure hit him for 34 damage.

In the screenshot you can see him asking how my lure hit for so little.

you broke his rune/skin and that's what came through(?)

No, go test it on someone, if you hit a rune it still shows the full damage. However he didn't have a rune and as you can see from the tell he was confused by the damage as well.

only shows damage dealt to player, if you broke rune, you see the remaining damage

Pretty positive it does show the damage, not reinstalling red99 to prove it. But regardless this player didnt have a rune on and as you can see is thoroughly confused by it.

no it doesn't show full dmg it just shows the dmg that didn't hit the rune..

lure of frost hits for what about 450ish in pvp not exactly but i know its not over 500 dmg
with rune barely should do anything.

Its possible Isawa doesn't know how rune works either.
