Tainted Aqua Goblin / lake rathe

The tainted goblin for the druid epic has not spawned in two days... this seems fishy. Usually the tainted has an average spawn rate with corrupted being rare, but I cant even find a tainted.

Day 6, still no tainted aqua goblin. Extremely bad luck or has he gone missing? Red server.
