Shield continues to drop and cast gets nerfed to no longer instant. Also, will drop off chests in revamp.

It appears this change doesn't take effect until December 2002, which is during the Planes of Power timeline.

as far as I can tell 2002 or 2003 was the first mention of the cast time being nerfed from instant to 1 second . highly doubt that will be the case come velious . being that it was released in 2000 . 2002 or 2003 would be post luclin era I believe.
oh as a note best plat only offers thus far have been multiple 200k offers . I am not set on 250 but I also am at least trying to break even on the trade so first person to come up with anything around 220k or so will have themselves a new shield . have had some nice single item offers that I have not been able to use and also multiple item offers somewhere in the 240k range value so there is interest in this item at this price just has not been something I could use . would gladly trade for a manastone straight up item for item . other items of interest would be myrlokars bp , legs , shield of rainbow hues , dragon hero bracer and typical stuff like CoF fungi , rbg , rbb dragon bags .

Cast time increase was December 2002 (PoP).

For the life of this server it will be instant.

On a PvE server though it's use is limited to like... Baazt Zzzt, Hoshkar, Zlandicar, and 2 NToV Dragons. So it's neat and useful for a raider whose class can fill a curing role. But that's about it.
