<Conviction> Introduction and Recruitment
 

Greetings all,

Conviction is a gaming community that has been together the better part of 8 years playing a multitude of MMO's together and typically on the top echelon of achievements in whichever game we have played.

We come to project 1999 disillusioned by the current trends in MMO's and felt that going back to the days when we all first started gaming as younger adults or even kids in some instances would be a fun time.

Its not clear how many will be playing from our community when all is said or done, Everquest does not provide a friendly new player experience, especially for those that never played it. That being said we will be looking to recruit some players that are into the game and understand that it is not something you just pick up and its easy to play like today's MMO's, it takes effort and patience.

We will eventually work our way up to being able to do more end game type stuff, it would be nice if we could raid but that will take some work by our current leadership to get us to that point.

What we are looking for:

-New players or returning players to Project 1999 (no twinks/alts please)

What you should expect from us:

-A helpful community just looking to enjoy our time together in and out of game
-Passionate and skilled gamers that have accomplished and experienced almost everything MMO's can offer
-Lots of laughs
-A positive overall experience

Welcome to the server. Glad to see a new group of gamers giving it another go at the best old school game ever made.

Thank you Nuggie, so far its been a great blast from the past.

India, probably not the same Conviction as we formed in 2007 but I hear that quite a bit lol
