I think he just likes to get you guys going which this duel challenge shows is effective - he gains nothing from beating someone who lost ALL of his core members including all his officers, and was ditched to play with a few noobs.

Love how people think they can just come into the game and get a shot at The Grandmaster. Not how this works. Gotta earn your stripes before you get a shot at the title.
