troll SK in Qeynos sewers

Troll SK, Innoruk worshiper

Can i bank/buy/train if i go qeynos sewers? Humans are supossed to be "neutral", but i cant enter freeport as troll... so maybe qeynos works the same way.

Anyone knows?
