Reaver of Xalgoz not spawning in right location

Unless I've just been unlucky,

He should spawn per this map in spot 1:

p99 wiki also claims he doesn't spawn there.

I'm not sure if this guy has ever spawned.

Just killed and he only dropped:

Yah. I didn't identify it, but that's the only no drop on in lucy's DB.
