Black on the sand giant head

So i know this year i found a post about the sand giant head and the black star we see on it, i remember in the post a GM posted a fix for this, anyone remember? i transparacy and black spot fix didnt fix the sand giant head! please help :D

Hmm... This solved the sand giant problem, but gave black spots on Barbarian helmets and black feet when they weren't like that before. Anyway to undo it?

Would need to see screenshots. It specifically includes fixes for barbarian feet.
