Stop casting not working
 

So for whatever reason the only way I'm able to stop casting is by moving. Which doesn't really stop my casting, the spell just doesn't go off. Sitting doesn't work, shift-s hot key doesn't work, Changing the hotkey doesn't work, and the /stopcast isn't working.
All the other hotkeys seem to work fine, as well as any other /command. Was wondering if any of you fine fellows had some insight into fixing this issue?
