Items not showing thier name in inventory or inspection.
 

Somebody please help?! I can't figure this out and nobody heard of this before..

If you mean the tooltip when you mouseover them or press Alt, then you need to restart your computer, at least once (maybe thrice).

Did you use secrets of fay to install or titanium?

this is happening to me aswell...really anonying

Am having the same issue, will try restarting to see if that does anything at all.

Edit: Restarted computer and sure enough the problem is fixed for now. Thanks Myriverse! Now if I can just get this freezing upon zoning issue resolved I will be golden.
