Beggar Wyllin (Faction)
 

Beggar Wyllin is KoS to everyone I think. When you would engage him in combat on live he would say something on the lines of commanding the rats in his room to attack you. The rats were not KoS but would attack unless they were considered green. Interestingly enough, a rat spawns in place of Beggar Wyllin and this rat was also KoS. I have no idea why and it was probably a glitch on live. *shrug*

Fixed, pending update.
