Wolves judge my Human Monk amiably when they should be KoS (this was tested in Qeynos Hills). They are only amiably towards Druids and Rangers.

Is your monk franciscan?

this is in Q Hills only. try heading to WK and they'll attack you. same with bears. (both pabid varieties are kos though)

I can't remember if this was the same on live but i chalked it up to the druids and rangers of surefall glade taming the beasts in Q Hills
