Velious armor grafics?
 

I was just wondering, is there a way to turn on the Velious armor graphics now. i was looking up the shaman epic on wicki and the pic of the first shaman to have his epic appears to be in Velious armor. I know there used to be an option that brought up all things with either a TRUE or FALSE setting but I can't remember where that is or how it would work on P99.
