A level 4 (fungi, ragebringer, aon, with level 60 group cleric buffs, etc) kills a level 2. Can I kill them over and over and over if they do not LnS?

I just love pvp. This is not in violation of any server rules so there shouldn't be an issue. However, rules are usually made up on the spot with no regard for posted server rules.

I've sent plenty of new players packing out of the Field of Bone to The Swamp Of No Hope with empty pockets and a few deaths. XP there is almost as good.
