Typing /camp while standing freezes the client
 

It used to have my character sit down and camp out when I typed /camp from a standing position. Now my client freezes.... suggestions as to why this is causing a crash now? I know I can just sit before camping and it doesn't freeze on me, but would like to fix the issue if at all possible. Thanks!

Try moving your eqclient.ini and all character_project1999.ini file to a different folder and try again. See if its an issue with your ini files.

Apply latest patch, question has been asked a bunch.

And Evilkorn.... I don't think I'd be able to log in if the latest patch wasn't applied from my end.

spells file didn't change most recent patch, can log in with last 2, most recent one fixes crash iirc.
