Dugroz ate my turn ins
 

Also he had no pet visible when I happened upon him. I thought maybe it was my lucky day, until I turned in the items and received no key. Then the two frogs next to him added to me. Dugroz equipped the prod and the fang as weapons (much as a charmed pet would). So I killed him. No weapons.

He just respawned now, with a visible pet. My husband is about to do his key turn in. I have nothing though. What did I do wrong?

Dug up the trade, you were either invis or hidden or FD when doing turn in as you didn't receive the script, moving to resolved.
