As a Human SK of Bertox which outpost would I be safe in?

Overthere as an SK or Firiona as a Human?

Is there a trainer there?

You're safe in the evil outpost in the Overthere by default. I don't remember if there's a trainer there; it's been a long time since I was leveling so perhaps someone else can answer that one. The Evil Outpost stinks anyway because all the vendors are greedy.

You can also use Firionia Fie with modest faction work. I was non-KOS the first time I went to Firionia Vie but had previously done a little fighting against monsters which raise faction there. That's one of the conveniences of a Human SK...instead of being hugely hated your factions are nearly neutral.

Thanks I am mostly concerned with being able to meet up with a friend who is playing an Iksar and not fond of travel.

As a Human Inny SK, I was apprehensive to all npcs in FV I conned.
