A Lizard Ritualist in Cazic Thule

Does this mob actually exist in p99? The wiki page info on it is sketchy, the pic they use is from allakhazam and the loc given doesn't jive with the pic, or where I knew him to spawn on live. Has anyone ever encountered this npc in p99?

that pic looks like it's from the pyramid/shrine in the maze. could be mistaken though

One spawns in the back of the alligator pit. Ph for the stone golem

Yeah and that's where it spawned in live, that pic on the wiki page isn't from p99 though.
