After patch 36, no buff timers and no item names when inspecting other players?
 

I have no buff timers after installing patch 36. I also noticed that no item names pop up when inspecting other people's gear.

Other players have told me they still have buff timers after patch 36 but I've also heard some are like me and don't see them anymore.

Is there anything i can do to fix this or will I have to wait for another patch?
