Out of place static spawns
 

I have posted this in technical issues, but might help to list all the zones where we see spawns out of place.

North Qeynos was a mess earlier this morning, with vendors and static guards out in the newbie area and unresponsive, but now seems OK.

South Qeynos is still messed up, with static spawns in the wrong place. The bard guild is empty or just has one trainer, and the bank is empty. (However, when I sang an AOE song, the guard promptly appeared and slaughtered me.)

Maybe it will help our wonderful volunteer developers to know which zones have placement issues.

You been playing p1999 since 2012 and you are still hanging out in CB? Jesus, get better.

1) find someone with KOS status
2) agro mobs
3) be in zone as they move
4) kill/buy/sell/bank
5) profit

Key is to be in zone to see a static mob move that is KOS to someone

Neriak Commons, every NPC in the entire zone is standing in a small clump on the ledge above the water lol boy this game is mucked up for sure right now haha
Looks like we can stop beta Testing the test server and start beta testing our live servers lol

Any indication any of this has been fixed or there is a workaround? Until I can bank in South Qeynos, I am not sure I'll be playing on red.
