Character moving slow, then fast
 

Hello all,

First experience with project 1999. I made my very first character, a Troll Shaman, and when I run, he will randomly start moving slow like he is encumbered, then start running normal again. Im not even pressing any key buy forward so it's not a toggle run/walk issue. Like I said it's like he is encumbered, and he is a new character. Then it will randomly start running normal speed again..

Anyone have any insight into this?
