South Felwithe npc's
 

most npc's out of place in South Felwithe and stuck together in one location :confused:after the patch i have tried zoning out and back in to see if fixes the problem but was a no go. North Felwihe is having same problem

repatching not working on problem
 

I have re did the patch 3 times now still not working
