Hey again to any who remember me, I quit a year or two ago after giving away all my crap and can't remember my account log in info. It's been ages, but I do think I recall there was no way to retrieve forgotten log in info, has that changed at all?

You can use the SMS authentication to link your EMU info and initiate the PW reset for login accounts.

I too would like to know this answer. I tried to get a friend interested in p99 a few years ago so we could duo but he lost interest and I hoped he might pick it back up later. Well now that he has decided he might want to play again, all of the gear rotting over there is for naught since he can't get into his login account but he can get into his eqemu

I just went to test it on my own account, you can indeed do an SMS verification from EQEmu and set it up. After you give EQEmu your phone number it sends a verification number, you input that number, and then you must accept it in your e-mail afterward. This supposedly allows for password recovery of loginserver accounts. Once I can get a hold of my friend I will verify this, but I would give that a try.
