I would just like to point out that this is very, very classic. In the real 1999, as in you know, the actual year 1999, server downtime drove us crazy. Someone would always post about how he called in sick to level his yahda, yahda, in zone yahda, yahda, and now the server is down.

Inevitably someone would threaten to demand a prorated refund of... oh, wait...
