Bard Singing Short Sword effect bugged
 

Think I tried to right clicked epic SSS whilst singing in Sleeper caused it to bugged into oblivion. Tried relogging and quiting, yet still cannot recast Dance of the Blade effect. Also me think bard hit rate is far too slow and low for itself the like of Velketor and missd for too much.

Unsure if serious...

Bard epic is a proc...

What I'm saying is I had right clicked this epic for first time to see if it actually a bug and it did show dance of the blade effect on spell buff windows. Since then even the proc did not work. Also Melody is in, as I understood not supposed to be in p99. Netherless it only work as one song only. :)

Lol. Fail.

It will always continue to play a single song as long as you don't miss a note. Melodys use was to play multiple songs continuously. Constantly playing 1 song is not melody.
