I petitioned a GM on beta to reinstate the red server. I got a prompt reply "no"

I then asked what does one do on a PvE server. He said "Engage the environment"

I said what is the point of playing project 1999 vs the ez server vs the "environment". He said "Nostalgia I guess"

I said, do you feel it is fun engaging the environment when there is 100% predictability of what the environment will do? he didn't comment.

I then asked would you still play everquest if you were forced to pvp. Again, he didn't comment.

Staff, this is absolute trash. Atleast launch a PvP forced beta server. Being forced to play vs an artificial intelligence is a snore fest.

How in the world do people play a 15 year old elf simulator without pvp?

might as well unpack the nintendo and play contra with a friend.

Could be worse, you could be like me out in the sticks playing on a ~1000-1200 ping (~747 on a crisp connection).. It gets better though, I have been waiting for months to get to a better connection, finally do, and this hits, taking about 40% of my highspeed play time with it. Pras it.
