Do fear and blind both work against players during pvp?

no on fear yes on blind

Don't run at a paladin starting trouble without some MR gear, that's gonna suck :p

If their Mr is high blind is a joke......

Thanks for the tips. With no fear, I doubt my homie will want to roll a necro. What are some popular duo's on red? I have a good understanding of what duo's would be effective against the environment, but I have never pvp'd before.

shm and enc are amazing pve and pvp duo

A druid/wiz for ports is always good. Remember that there is only a 5 min timer on pvp corpses so you will have to run back/bind close to your location of choice. Getting ports is harder on red.

Then maybe enchanter? For pve and pvp. After you establish yourselves with these toons, you could collect some gear to roll melees with if you like to get those glory killshots on red.

Blind isn't worth casting on anyone with MR. Fear can't land in pvp.
