What will FFA zone rules / binding rules be for velious on red99?
 

Currently on red we have a custom FFA level range enabled for "raid" zones which comes with a no binding restriction. This applies to all the planes, VP, seb. Will similar rules be put in effect for velious? Will this mean no binding in kael?
