Lucid Spirit of Abrams not spawning when incoherent spirit is killed

Just killed incoherent spirit in tower of frozen shadow and lucid spirit of abrams is supposed to spawn but he did not.

I had one spawn at about 11:40 ish EST. Killed incoherent Lucid spawned.

Working.

The incoherent spirit with a capital "I" spawns abrams. The one with a lowercase "i" does not.
