Dragon Necropolis - pet gating/weird mechanic
 

Hello,

1. Used magician epic to Manifest Pet

2. Engaged one of the spiders

3. Pet gated with 60-70% HP to the zone in

4. Pet gained ~30% health on gate

5. Pet ran from the zone in back to my location to re engage the spider

The Phase Spiders proc shadowstep, like scarelings in Fear. I believe the bug is with shadowstep not working properly on NPCs (maybe just pets). I remember seeing a thread about that somewhere.

Yea i ran into the same problem before and posted a thread about it. I even saw instances where i was deeper in the the zone and fighting phase spiders and they would gate the pet to the entrance

Pets can be shadowstep'd, pending update.
