Spell: Levant
 

When I cast Levant in Wakening Lands, it didn't work and I got this message: "Spell can only be cast during the night.".

Is this intentional or is it a bug? You can cast it any time in Kunark.

Probably intentional fix in the future patch the beta server is running, per this thread.
