I was recently in a group killing Cougars, when the ranger in the group said he had a Stormfeather on track, I said "Pull it". In came stormfeather. conned blue to a me 36 Warrior. He went down easily. Upon looting. No Talons=(, but did get a piece of the map for the Lost pirate quest. Stormfeather spawns near the docks in Iceclad. Hope this helps.

No place holder. He spawns in the same spot every time. Right up on the open hill between the 3 gnomes playing craps and the lost pirate. He does not roam. His spawn timer is 18-20 hours. The bad part is, he can completely skip a spawn. Good thing is he always drops the map piece, but does not always drop the talons.
