Vluudeen on top on wurm cave
 

I pulled Vluudeen today and quickly learned I couldn't solo him. I than ran out of the cave and feign death. He is now just handing out on top of the cave.

Update: after walking into a rock for a little bit he repoped at his spawn point

second update: there seems to be a pathing problem in the wurm cave in Grate Divide. Vluudeen and a couple other wurms I have pulled are walking through a wall to go to their spawn points.
