Even a one second stun is enough to interupt a spell....

A question, does the stun component of Chaotic Feedback still land, way back when I played on Sullon Zek this always landed (I quit pvp in the luclin area).

But i do agree with you, that no other stun that i know of lands on PC's normally if at all.
