Guards Korlack and Lecknar in Paineel
 

The 2 guards by the paineel elevator do not respond to hails, or any of the combinations of things involving the word "key". The phrase they ask for i believe is "I needz keyz", which doesn't work either.
These guards are camped regularly, which could have something to do with the problem.
Either way, paineel is a prison for those who have either just started, or have died.

Some of these guards had script errors. Will fix asap.

In the interim, I believe Guard Heridion script works, so he should give you a key from, "keyz"

However, it appears he is in the newbie zone, which is outside the "prison".
