Summoning stacks of bandages(mages), stacks of arrows(for rangers)?

If I can recall correctly, I dont remember summoning stacks of 20 bandages at lvl 4. I use to get 2 bandages at lvl 4, then gained 1 per 2 levels, capping at lvl 40 getting 20. Also anyone know how many arrows one gets for clicky talons bracers? is it 20, or 4 that your getting? Should be 4.

Anyone else remember this? I remember getting the talons bracer and saying YES stack of arrows per click, and only getting 4 or 5 arrows. This up for review and changes? This would mostly effect Rangers, and not as much for Mages. Here is what I can find on mages

What determines the quantity of Bandaids you get per cast of this spell? When my mage was lvl 4, this summons like 4 or 5 bandaids, at 15 I get 7 per cast. Is it related to character level, conjuration skill, or something else?

At level 4, you summon 2, then reported at level 18 you get 9. So by level 40 mages then can summon a full stack...

This, and any other like spells which are malfunctioning need a different base formula value. Looking into it.

Caster's Realm says 20 at a time, but in 4 stacks of 5 each. But a lot of their spell descriptions are dubious.
