Spell Worn Off Msgs in DUELS
 

When dueling another player, all "spell has worn off" messages are shown. Root, Slow, DoTs, debuffs, etc etc. Have not seen any of the messages when fighting regular NPC/mobs.

Not sure if this was intended, for duels only, or not. Just thought I'd let ya know.

**Edit**. Just saw that something about spell worn off messages was listed all the way back from the 31st of August. So yeah, maybe just ignore this.... lol
